Located on a hilltop with a stunning panoramic view of the surroundings and a refreshing mountain breeze. the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and cozy. the staff provides excellent service and is friendly. Breakfast is complete, with a broad selection of foods to choose from.

Some guests with children sometimes tend to be noisy in common areas and the staff has not been their utmost helpful in those situations.

The hotel is located in a strategic area, close to downtown and with a great view. the staff was very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. the price was very reasonable considering the services offered, such as a nice gym and swimming pool.

The hotel lacks renovation, especially in the rooms. the breakfast was average, nothing special.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the heated pool and the beautiful park surrounding the hotel. The location on top of a hill offered amazing views of the city and a refreshing breeze. the gym was well equipped and allowed us to keep up with our fitness routine during our vacation.

Our room was noisy due to the sound of children in the lobby and noise from neighboring rooms. when we arrived, we had trouble getting a room and had to protest to be accommodated.
